Come and join us....

We offer the opportunity to be with other people who really understand, because they themselves experience, or have experienced the effects of depression and anxiety.

Some of the stories you will hear at the meetings may make you laugh; some may bring you to tears. Both are OK, everyone understands, we've been there too.

That's the great thing about the support group - when you feel that there is no-one else in the world who understands you, you will find new friends who do understand you and can share with you without telling you to pull yourself together.

You can download and complete a new member form here or you can complete this with one of our Support Workers.

One to One Counselling Services

We can also provide one to one counselling with a student trainee counsellor supervised by one of our own staff. Places are limited and there may be a very short waiting list. Charges are made for counselling therapy but at very reduced rates for both non-workers and workers. Please contact us for details.
